VERIMARC EMBEDDED
Attestation for any device, no matter how small.
Lightweight, real time cryptographic proof for microcontrollers, substation PLCs, and edge sensors. VeriMarc runs everywhere, including the most resource constrained MCUs.
One protocol. The smallest footprint.
Most attestation schemes assume you have a beefy CPU and a trusted Certificate Authority. VeriMarc Embedded does not. Our protocol is lightweight enough to run on any microcontroller you throw at it, including resource constrained MCUs like ARM Cortex M0, verifies every bit of firmware at runtime, and works air-gapped. Built for the devices that keep the grid on, the plane flying, and the mission going.
How VeriMarc Embedded works
The same three step attestation loop, tuned for constrained devices.
Measure
The device fingerprints its firmware image, memory regions, and configuration, bit by bit, using CAMA's lightweight cryptographic protocol.
Prove
The device produces a secure proof of integrity. No special hardware required. CAMA's cryptographic protocol works on stock microcontrollers.
Verify and Self Heal
The CAMA verifier checks the proof. If it fails, the device can alert, isolate, or roll back to a known good image automatically.
What VeriMarc Embedded gives you
Built for the devices that do not get the luxury of a redeploy.
Runs on any MCU
Our protocol is lightweight enough to fit on any microcontroller, including resource constrained parts like ARM Cortex M0.
PLC and controller integration
Attest legacy industrial controllers you cannot easily swap. Works with common SCADA and field bus setups.
Air gapped operation
No internet connections required. The CAMA verifier can run locally in your air-gapped network. Ideal for enclave, SCIF, and classified environments.
Self healing
On tamper detection, the device can auto recover to a known good state without human intervention. Failsafe by default.
Fleet scale telemetry
Feed attestation results into your existing SIEM or SOC, or use our dedicated monitor UI. See device health across the whole fleet instead of one device at a time.
Federal grade cryptography
FIPS certified cryptography underneath, aligned with NIST SP 800-171 and IEC 62443. Proof you can point at during audit.
Deployment scenarios
Wherever runtime integrity has to survive contested, disconnected, or high stakes environments.
Attest firmware on airborne and unmanned platforms.
Real time integrity that survives comms blackouts and returns proofs when the link comes back.
Continuous integrity on substation PLCs and relays.
Catch supply chain firmware tampering before it becomes a customer facing incident.
Attest robotic controllers across a global plant.
One pane of health for thousands of embedded controllers, without ripping and replacing what is on the floor.
Integrity checks that work light seconds from the ground.
Attestation designed to work with intermittent, high latency comms. Bring the proofs down on the next contact window.
Frequently asked
Do I need to redesign my device?
In most cases, no. VeriMarc Embedded integrates into your existing firmware and can be layered onto existing designs without hardware changes.
What is the runtime overhead?
Measured in milliseconds even on the most resource constrained MCUs. Real time control loops keep their timing.
Does it need special hardware?
No. CAMA's cryptographic protocol works on stock microcontrollers and does not require dedicated security hardware.
How does it run air-gapped?
The CAMA verifier can run locally on a single board computer, on a companion gateway, or on your own server. No third party in the loop.
What compliance frameworks does it help with?
CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, IEC 62443, EO 14028 continuous monitoring requirements. Attestation gives you the underlying evidence.
